<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive conductive paste for forming an organic-inorganic composite conductive pattern by which an organic-inorganic composite conductive pattern having low specific resistivity even in a low temperature curing condition can be obtained and which has the effect that fine patterning is possible by high photosensitive characteristics, and to obtain a method for producing the organic-inorganic composite conductive pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive conductive paste includes a compound (A) having an alkoxy group, a photosensitive component (B) having an unsaturated double bond, an alicyclic compound (C) having a polymerizable group reacting with the photosensitive component (B) having the unsaturated double bond, a photopolymerization initiator (D) and a conductive filler (E). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
