PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot hand capable of improving vibration damping performance while securing flexural rigidity. SOLUTION: This robot hand 1 has mutually laminated CFRP layers 2 and 3 and a vibration damping elastic layer 4 arranged between the CFRP layer 2 and the CFRP layer 3. The vibration damping elastic layer 4 has a viscoelastic resin area 41 composed of a material including a viscoelastic resin and a fibered substance kneaded in the viscoelastic resin. The fibered substance has rigidity higher than that of the viscoelastic resin. According to this robot hand 1, since the vibration damping elastic layer 4 having the viscoelastic resin area 41 composed of the material including the viscoelastic resin kneaded with the fibered substance of relatively high rigidity is arrange between the CFRP layer 2 and the CFRP layer 3, the vibration damping performance can be improved while securing the flexural rigidity.
