PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil composition for high temperature, which has a high ignition point and a small evaporative loss, is hardly solidified and hardly changed into a sludge under a high-temperature environment in an open-system chain section, and is excellent in thermal stability. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil composition includes a base oil of a polyol ester, an aromatic amine-based antioxidant, a phosphite-based antioxidant, and a boron-containing extreme-pressure agent. The aromatic amine-based antioxidant includes an alkylated diphenylamine and an alkylated phenylnaphthylamine. The content of the polyol ester is 75-95 mass%; each of the contents of the alkylated diphenylamine and the alkylated phenylnaphthylamine of the aromatic amine-based antioxidant is 0.5-10 mass%; the content of the phosphite-based antioxidant is 0.5-5 mass%; and the content of the boron-containing extreme pressure agent is 0.1-5 mass%.
