PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a viewer not wearing glasses for three-dimensional vision view a three-dimensional image without fixing his or her viewing position. SOLUTION: A control panel 3 including a plurality of control regions capable of controlling the optical operation state separately for transmission state and shading state is placed between a display screen on which images for left eye and for right eye are displayed, and an optional viewer M. Relative binocular positions AR, AL of the viewer M in relation to the control panel 3 are specified, and the left eye viewing region XL and the right eye viewing region XR of the control panel 3 in relation to the binocular positions AR, AL are determined. The optical operation state of the side of the plurality of control regions constituting the left eye viewing region XL and that of the plurality of control regions constituting the right eye viewing region XR are controlled in forms different from each other. At an optional position of the control panel 3 corresponding to the binocular positions of the viewer M, a glass part X for three-dimensional vision including the left eye viewing region XL and the right eye viewing region XR is automatically created for making the viewer M view the images for left eye and for right eye via the glass part X.
