PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium lending device enabling a person to be authenticated while putting emphasis on a design property. SOLUTION: A regulation part 22 is formed to project on the lending device 2. The regulation part 22 suppresses upward turning of a nozzle 15 in the state of such a position relationship that the sitting direction of a player and the direction of the front end of the nozzle 15 are the same direction in the imaging range of the camera 18.
