PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-frozen tap pole which establishes compatibility of simplification of disc working, an increase in rigidity and durability, and securement of a sufficient amount of water with one another by making a movable disc and a fixed disc possess one or more so-called hole structures, and which can be provided with a recessed groove for drainage without causing a deterioration in the durability of the fixed disc, by forming a recessed groove for a drain in the upper portion of the fixed disc. SOLUTION: Characteristically, a stem for rotating the movable disc 43 from an outer periphery is provided between the movable disc 43 and a lower portion of a rod, so that the movable disc 43 can have a shaftless structure; one or more water passage holes 43a and 44a are formed at intervals in the respective discs 43 and 44; and the recessed groove 44e is formed in the upper portion of the fixed disc 44 so as to communicate with the water passage hole 43a of he movable disc 43, in a rotational-direction frontward portion after the water passage hole 43a of the movable disc 43 faces a water sealing surface 44b from the water passage hole 44a of the fixed disc 44, when the movable disc 43 is rotated in a drainage direction.
