PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovering and scattering device provided with a hopper, which has a large capacity for storing flux, conveys a large amount of flux and scatters the flux in a proper amount. SOLUTION: The recovering and scattering device 50 is provided with a recovering and scattering carriage 51 on which the hopper 52 for storing the flux F is placed, scatters the flux F and recovers the used flux F. The hopper 52 is provided with: upper opening ports 52e, 52e' opening toward the upper side; lower opening ports 52f, 52f' formed on inner bottoms 52h, 52h' of the hopper 52; and opening and closing valves 57, 58 for opening and closing the lower opening ports 52f, 52f'. Lengths in the conveyance direction of the lower opening ports 52f, 52f' are formed in a length of at least 1/5 of the lengths in the conveyance direction of the upper opening ports 52e, 52e'.
