PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient load distribution by comprehensively deciding a use status of each server based on use situations or the like of a plurality of resources. SOLUTION: A server notifying a load distribution device performing the load distribution about a load status of itself includes: a generation means normalizing a resource value about each of the plurality of resources, and generating a normalized resource value; a derivation means deriving a weighted average of a plurality of kinds of the generated normalized resource values; and a notification means notifying the load distribution device about the derived weighted average as a use status value of itself.
