<p>PURPOSE: A workpiece transfer device for a heating furnace is provided to supply semi-products into a heating furnace one by one while preventing the deformation or breakage of products and facilities. CONSTITUTION: A workpiece transfer device for a heating furnace comprises a sensor unit, a frame body(100), a platform(150), and a return unit. The sensor unit senses a semi-product material(B) transferred to a load conveyor. The frame body is arranged separate from the exit of the load conveyor. The platform is arranged on the frame body to ascend and descend by the medium of a lifting unit, thereby placing the semi-product material on a roller table(30). The return unit senses whether the semi-product material is loaded in the furnace and returns the platform to the original position.</p> |
