The partition has wall units (1) movably suspended on guide rails. Mounting units (9) are arranged at horizontal and vertical edges of the wall units, where diverse components e.g. coupling units, are laterally inserted. Grooves are formed opposite to sidewalls of the mounting units. The components are arranged on a base plate that cooperates with the grooves in a form-fit manner. The mounting units are formed from a section consisting of plastic or metal. The wall units include a core consisting of material e.g. aluminum, polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, mineral wool and rock wool. |
