<p>The headlight unit (1) has a tinted windscreen (3) and a set of connecting elements (5) attached at a headlight housing (2). The connecting elements are individually adjusted at the housing with respect to a tinted windscreen contour (4) by deformation, so that tolerances in a relative position of the windscreen contour or the connection elements are compensated. The housing is made of thermoplastic plastic material. The connecting elements are molded on connecting lugs whose ports are adjustable at the housing by thermal effect over plastic deformation in a layer of the housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a headlight unit.</p> |
