<p>The component has a core layer (1) e.g. plastic plate, including a carrier layer (4) on a flat side. A thin transition mortar layer (5) is applied on the core layer. A composite layer (7) is made of compression-proof hardened laminated mortar with a glazed surface. A reinforcing layer (2) is provided on a rear side. A coarsely meshed woven grid (3) is embedded in the reinforcing layer. A base mass of the mortar is selected from a group of lime mortar, gypsum mortar, cement mortar or 2-component epoxy resin. A glass fiber fleece layer (6) has a surface area of maximum 100 g per square m. The core layer is made of gypsum plaster boards, compressed glass wool or compressed rock wool.</p> |
