<p>A method of fabricating touch sensing type liquid crystal display device (particularly a fringe field switch (FFS) or in plane switched JPS) type) includes an array substrate including a first substrate 101, a common electrode 150, a pixel electrode 160, and a touch sensing unit; a second substrate 171 and facing the array substrate; an anti-static layer 180 on an outer side of the second substrate and including an inorganic material and conductive particles 183; and a liquid crystal layer 190 between the first substrate and the second substrate. The second substrate may be included in a colour filter substrate 100. The outside of the first and second substrates may be etched to reduce the thickness of the liquid crystal panel prior to forming the anti static layer. The antistatic layer may be formed from silicon oxide or silicon nitride with conductive particles such as aluminium or gallium which may be applied via sputtering.</p> |
