<p>The method involves inserting a thread (2) into a lug of a needle (11), where the needle is movable to and fro and perpendicular to surfaces (4, 5) of a label (3). The label is pierced with the needle and the thread, and the needle and the thread are partially pulled out for forming a loop (15) in an area of one of the surfaces. A melting and/or glue-like body (21) is inserted through the loop of the thread, and the needle is pulled out to an output position. The body is heated until the body melts and is firmly connected with the label and the thread. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for fastening a thread at a label comprising a fastening device for connecting the thread and the label with each other (2) a label made of printable cardboard or paper.</p> |
