Two frames secured to each other and engage with a pallet below and support a further pallet to be placed on top. Each frame ideally has two vertical legs 11, 12, 21, 22 with a cross bar 13, 23 spanning between their upper ends. The frames preferably secure to the pallet below via L shaped brackets 14, 24 with two teeth 15, 25. Shoulder elements 17, 27 can secure the pallet above. The frames can secure via a pivoting 19 latch 18 in an indent 23 where the cross bars cross. A reinforcing bar 16, 26 can add rigidity between legs and cross bars. When not in use multiple pairs of frames may be stacked together by inverting one frame of each pair, in such an arrangement a pallet can be placed on the feet and shoulders of the differently oriented frames (fig 6).
