UV protection for skin or hair with a UV filter substance encapsulated in a vesicular carrier system

UV-protection agent comprises at least one UV-filter substance, which is encapsulated in a vesicular carrier system. At least one UV-filter substance is soluble in oil and the vesicular carrier system comprises vesicles, which are composed of hydrophobized polysaccharides, and exhibit a particle size of 10-1000 nm and a positive surface charge with a zeta potential of 1-150 mV. An independent claim is also included for a cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical formulation comprising the UV-protection agent.
