<p>The present invention relates to methods of isolating adult stem cells, to the cells thus isolated and to applications thereof. More specifically, the invention relates to isolated adult stem cells which are derived from the myometrium, which can be differentiated into many different mesoderm tissues types, including smooth muscle, adipocytes, osteoblasts, skeletal muscle and neural tissue thus, making them suitable for regenerative medicine.</p> |
