PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a heat-resistant resin tube which is suitable for an application for which a hue and cleanness are essential and for a medical application, and which has a good appearance. SOLUTION: The heat-resistant resin tube is manufactured by applying heat resistant coating to a metallic wire-like body composed of a metallic material at least the surface of which is less oxidized than copper, curing the heat resistant coating to form a heat-resistant resin layer, and separating the metallic wire-like body from the heat-resistant resin layer.
