Novelty: press destined for engraving patterns onto metal surfaces - transportation of same by a carrier. Constitution: two metal plates (2, 3) having toothed surface, the electrically-powered motor 12 and the metal tracks (10,11) onto which the invented press is moving. Said press is interposed between the reel of the material A (metal sheet) (fig.1.1) and the final unit shaping said metal sheet (fig.1.3) which, under the pressure of the metal plates, will be printed with an embossed pattern consisted of aligned square and spherical prints (fig.3). Advantage: great durability of the final product due to the boosting of the mechanical properties of the metal sheet which is resistant to maximum breaking and deformity stress. |
