A child transportation device which is a child car seat, a stroller and a child carry chair. The transporter provides a stroller with wheels 4 which can retract into cavities 7 and a first handle 6 for pushing the stroller along and which can fold away against or into the body of the transporter (8, Figure 2). When the wheels 4 and first handle 6 are retracted a second handle (10, Figure 3) may be extended to facilitate use as a carry chair. The handles 6, (10) may be telescopic and the wheels 4 may be mounted on wheel carrier assemblies 2. The wheels 4 may be deployed when a handle 6 is moved into the in use position via linkages (Figure 5) and there may be a wheel carrier 2 release button. The child transportation device may have between two and five wheels 4 which may be removable.
