FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: after preparation of operation field and local anesthesia, paracentesis on limb on 3 and 9 o'clock is performed. After that, through formed paracentesis under capsule needle is introduced and used to catch the edge of anterior capsule and papillary margin of iris, suture is tied up, similar manipulation is repeated in meridian located 30-90 degrees from the first one, after which needle is passed through iris and optic margin of IOL is sutured. ^ EFFECT: stable central position of IOL, elimination of necessity of IOL re-implantation, reduction of trauma, increase of vision acuity. ^ 2 ex |
