FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: longitudinal resection of stomach with preservation of pylorus is performed. Longitudinal dissection of serous-muscular layer of cardia to submucous layer parallel to line of stomach resection is carried out. Cut is sutured in transverse direction and formed stomach stump is fixed to esophagus along not less than 3 cm higher than esophageal sphincter with formation of acute cardiofundal angle. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve antireflux properties of cardia. ^ 1 ex, 4 dwg
