FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: diverting wedge consists of wedge with longitudinal channel. Setting tool is made in the form of hollow rod passing through longitudinal channel of wedge and connected to adapter. Blown anchor is connected to adapter from below and equipped with the shoe that is connected by means of process pipe to adapter. Blown anchor is made in the form of longitudinal corrugated pipe with cylindrical ends. End of rod is inserted into central channel of adapter with the only possibility of longitudinal movement and fixation with shear pins and balls arranged respectively in upper and lower rows of radial holes of rod; at that, in hollow rod with possibility of downward movement there arranged is hollow sleeve fixed with shear element and tightly covering rows of radial holes and interacting with balls and equipped from below with nipple with locking element on the outside and narrowing for waste element from wellhead on the inner side; at that, shoe of anchor is equipped from below with calibrator, and from inside - with seat for nipple of sleeve that can be fixed with locking element in seat of shoe. ^ EFFECT: fail-safe delivery of diverting wedge to interval of the well, guaranteed actuation of anchor, reliable protection against contamination, and possibility of transferring large torque moments. ^ 5 dwg |
