FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has an adjustable housing with a section containing water, a water outlet apparatus which is connected to the section containing water by a duct and lying outside the housing. A filter device is placed in the duct in front of the water outlet apparatus such that it can be freely attached/detached. A flow switch is placed between the section containing water and the water outlet apparatus and is capable of determining flow rate of drinking water and output a triggering signal upon detecting flow rate within a given range. The filter device and the section containing water are connected by a return tube, one end of which is connected to the duct and the other is open into the air. ^ EFFECT: high degree of purity of water with easier servicing. ^ 16 cl, 32 dwg
