First adder inputs are connected to appropriate factor setting unit outputs. First adder output is connected to both inputs of first multiplier and its second input is connected with second multiplier input. First input of second adder is connected to first multiplier output, second input being connected with delay unit output. Second adder output is connected to second multiplier first input and delay unit input.
