FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: preliminary measurement of cornea is carried out. Excision of superficial tissue layers and sampling of cornea in area of limb are performed. Dissection of superficial layers of tissue is performed in zone of limb to the depth calculated by formula: H=0.1L+0.9K, where H is depth of dissection of superficial layers of tissue, mcm, L is cornea thickness, mcm, K is cornea epithelium thickness, mcm. Excision of superficial layers of tissue in limb zone is made in form of square with 1.0-1.5 mm diameter. On the basis of isolated tissue samples mixed culture of cornea cells, necessary for various tissue-engineering constructions, is obtained. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure minimal invasiveness of procedure, absence of impact on cornea architechtonics. ^ 3 cl |
