The invention relates to a pillar of facility such as a streetlamp, or a pillar and a hand hole cover device for easy adjusting height and gradient. Specially, a changeable box capable of adjusting height and gradient is combined on a lower box of an underground facility whose fixed pillars are embedded in the ground. And a box cover preventing foreign matter from flowing in is arranged on the upper part of the changeable box. The height of the changeable box can be adjusted along with the height of the ground and a slope freely, and the gradient also can be adjusted, thereby realizing the pillar and hand hole cover device for easy adjusting height and gradient capable of adjusting the pillar and the hand hole cover to be in a level condition with a slope. |
