<p>An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a plurality of sub-pixels on the substrate, each sub-pixel including a first region configured to emit light and a second region configured to transmit external light, a plurality of thin film transistors disposed in the first region of the each sub-pixel, a plurality of first electrodes disposed in the first region of each sub-pixel and electrically connected to the thin film transistors, a first insulating layer on at least a portion of the first region of each sub-pixel to cover a portion of the first electrode, an organic emission layer on the first electrode, a second insulating layer on at least a portion of the second region of each sub-pixel, the second insulating layer including a plurality of openings therein, and a second electrode covering the organic emission layer, the first insulating layer, and the second insulating layer.</p> |
