The blade has a deflection device (40) placed to collect a part of flow of incident sweeping air of a front face (11) of the blade. The deflection device comprises deflection and guidance walls that are extended along air ejection direction (49) presenting a component turned contrary to a rear face (12) of the blade. The deflection and guidance walls include a downstream guiding section (41A) and an upstream deflection section (41) extending above a trailing edge zone of the front face and at distant from the front face to delimit an air intake mouth (43). An independent claim is also included for an aerofoil for a wind turbine, comprising a deflection device.
