PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the probability of stopping a magnetic body at the boundary between the N-pole and the S-pole of a magnet so as to prevent a coil from stopping at a dead point. SOLUTION: A motor (1) has a central shaft (4), a rotating body (6) rotating centering around the central shaft (4), substrates (2a, 2b) arranged oppositely to the rotating body, a coil (7) provided on one of the rotating body and the substrate, a magnet (3) provided on the other of the rotating body and the substrate so as to face the coil and circumferentially magnetized with a plurality of poles centering around the central shaft, and a magnet body (10) provided on one of the central shaft and the substrates so as to face the magnet and arranged closer to the side of the central shaft than the center (11c) between the position (11b) furthest from the central shaft and the position (11a) closest to the central shaft.
