PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of readily executing transmission power control. SOLUTION: A base station device 10 controls communication between terminal devices. A frame including a first period capable of notifying a signal from the base station device 10 and a second period capable of notifying a signal from the terminal device is specified. A process section 26 generates control notification regarding the configuration of the frame. An RF section 22, a modulation demodulating section 24, and the process section 26 notify a signal including the control notification generated in the first period. The RF section 22, the modulation demodulating section 24, and the process section 26 receive a signal which is notified from the terminal device that has received the signal notified in the second period, and includes notification at an existence position of the terminal device concerned. A statistical processing section 32 and an adjustment section 34 statistically process notification regarding the existence position extracted from the received signal, thereby controlling electric power when the signal is notified.
