PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder which can cut the distal end of the following roll paper with leaving a condition of being easy to pinch after simply cutting the roll paper by one hand. SOLUTION: A window 3, which makes roll paper 5 with a perforation penetrate, is formed in the roll cover surface, a roll bar 4, which can move right and left by a spring 8, is formed in the upper part, and a roll paper cutting blade 6 is formed upward in the distal end of a roll cover. When employing it, the roll paper 5 is set to a roll paper holding part 7, the distal end of the roll paper is penetrated from the lower part to the upper part into the window 3 on the cover surface, and the roll paper is cut by one hand toward the lower part from the upper part in a perforation part by the cutting blade 6 prepared upward through the upper part of the roll bar 4. After cutting, a gap is made between the part of the cutting blade 6 and the distal end of the roll paper, and the distal end of the following roll paper can easily be pulled out.
