摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier for improving conversion efficiency and/or amplification linearity. SOLUTION: The amplifier includes: first and second field effect transistors (Tr1, Tr2) of which a source is connected to a reference potential node and a drain is connected to an output node; a first capacitor (C1) connected between a gate and an input node of the first field effect transistor; a first gate bias potential node (Vg1) connected to the gate of the first field effect transistor; a second capacitor (C2) connected between a gate and an input node of the second field effect transistor; a second gate bias potential node (Vg2) connected to the gate of the second field effect transistor; and a drain bias potential node (Vdd) connected to the output node. In the amplifier, a gate width of the first field effect transistor is wider than that of the second field effect transistor, and a capacitance value of the first capacity is larger than that of the second capacitor.
