<p>The disclosed laser light pulse phase control device is provided with a laser, a reference comparator, a measurement comparator, a phase difference detector, and a loop filter. The laser outputs a laser light pulse. The reference comparator compares a specified voltage with the voltage of a reference electric signal having a specified frequency, and outputs the result. The measurement comparator compares the voltage of a phase control signal with the voltage of a measurement electric signal having the above specified frequency and a voltage based on the light strength of the laser light pulse, and outputs the result. The phase difference detector detects the phase difference between the output of the reference comparator and the output of the measurement comparator. The loop filter removes high frequency components in the output of the phase difference detector. The voltage of the phase control signal is different to the specified voltage; and the laser alters the phase of the laser light pulse in accordance with the output of the loop filter.</p> |
