The system (1) has a cabinet (3) surrounding fuel cells (2, 13) and flushing airflow that is produced by a conveyor (10) i.e. fan. One of the fuel cells is arranged in the cabinet, supplied with processing air and cool air by the airflow and operated in a low voltage level than another fuel cell. The former fuel cell is smaller than the latter fuel cell. The former fuel cell is operated in 12 volts or 24 volts. The fuel cells are formed as a polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cell stack and direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC).
