<p>Provided is an acoustic wave device capable of sufficiently radiating heat generated in a portion where oscillators are cascaded, and which is amenable to miniaturization. One main surface (12s) of a piezoelectric substrate (12) of an acoustic wave filter is mounted onto a base substrate whereupon input and output wires, ground wires, and floating wires that are electrically insulated from the input and output wires and the ground wires have been formed. On the one main surface (12s), first electrodes (18a, 18b, 18x, and 18y) which are bonded to the input and output wires or the ground wires, second electrodes (18s and 18t) which are bonded to the floating wires, oscillators (14a to 14e), connecting wires (16a to 16d) for connecting the oscillators (14a to 14e) to one another, and electrodes wires (16p to 16s) for connecting the oscillators (14a, 14c, 14d, and 14e) to the first electrodes (18a, 18b, 18x, and 18y), respectively, are formed. The second electrodes (18s and 18t) are formed so as to be in contact with the connecting wires (16a and 16b) for cascading the oscillators (14a to 14c).</p> |
