The present invention is related to a process for producing artificial concrete substrates, also relating to artificial concrete substrates useful for providing shelters intended to supply feed and protection by means of said substrates so as to promote the colonization of reef species; the invention is also useful for sustaining the development of organisms in their breeding zone and, consequently, ensuring the capture of novel individuals into the fisheries.
