PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system capable of constructing a printing environment corresponding to a user and capable of giving fine authority.

SOLUTION: A printing control system includes: an authentication receiving means for receiving user's authentication; a set-up means for setting up a printer driver stored in a loaded portable storage medium; and a use authority setting means for setting use authority of a user authenticated by the authentication receiving means to a printing apparatus corresponding to the printer driver set up by the set-up means in accordance with the content of the use authority information.
