<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost power conversion apparatus, capable of reducing an external force applied to electronic components, while improving rigidity of a case, and facilitating assembly and having a superior maintenability. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion apparatus 1 is configured by housing a plurality of electronic components (semiconductor modules 21 and a capacitor 22 or the like) configuring a power conversion circuit and a cooler 3 for cooling at least some of the electronic components (semiconductor modules 21) into a case 4. At least some of the electronic components (semiconductor modules 21) and the cooler 3 are integrated together with a frame 5 for fixing them to form one internal unit 10. The internal unit 10 is fixed to the case 4, and sealed in the case 4. The frame 5 has a unit fixing unit 51 and a capacitor fixing unit 57.
