<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high bone metastasis prostatic cancer cell strain which can be used as the model of progressive prostatic cancer cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the high bone metastasis prostatic cancer cell strain comprises (a) a process for injecting a stably luciferase-expressing human prostatic cancer cell into the heart cavity of a mouse to produce the human prostatic cancer cell-transplanted mouse; (b) a process for injecting luciferin into the human prostatic cancer cell-transplanted mouse to perform an in vivo fluorescent imaging, and collecting myeloid cells containing the human bone metastasis prostatic cancer cells from a femur in which the light emission of luciferin is recognized; (c) a process for injecting the myeloid cells into the heart cavity of a mouse different from the mouse to produce a myeloid cell-transplanted mouse; and (d) a process for injecting luciferin into the myeloid cell-transplanted mouse to perform an in vivo fluorescent imaging, and then collecting the myeloid cells containing the high bone metastasis prostatic cancer cells from a femur in which the emission of the luciferin is recognized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
