<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load of a management mechanism, to restrain trouble shooting processing from being delayed, in an information processing apparatus of conducting the trouble shooting processing for a plurality of processing mechanisms by the one management mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing apparatus is provided with a plurality of individual monitoring mechanisms 2 corresponding to the plurality of processing mechanisms 1, respectively, in the information processing apparatus including the plurality of processing mechanisms, and the management mechanism 3 for conducting the trouble shooting processing for the troubled processing mechanism, when trouble occurs in at least one of the plurality of processing mechanisms. The individual monitoring mechanism 2 determines whether the processing mechanism is operated normally, based on an operation state of the corresponding processing mechanism 1. The management mechanism 3 conducts the trouble shooting processing for the processing mechanism 1 corresponding to the determined individual monitoring mechanism 2, based on a determination result, when the processing mechanism 1 corresponding to the individual monitoring mechanism 2 is determined not to be operated normally in any of the individual monitoring mechanisms 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
