PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put into practice bleeding water counter-measures during manufacturing a segment only by applying a contrivance to a molding plate without requiring any other member. SOLUTION: This molding plate 1 is curved like an arc and set in a reverse trough-type shuttering (5) from above for molding the segment (S). In addition, on the inner surface of the molding plate 1, a cobweb-like groove 2 for collecting the bleeding water into the center part. After forming a concrete between the molding plate 1 and the reverse trough-type shuttering (5), the bleeding water (w) is collected into the center part along the cobweb-like groove 2 on the inner surface of the molding plate 1.
