PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a filtering function of a horizontal plate of a partition plate provided in a filtering tank in relation to the filtering tank of a cutting oil filtering device of such a type that the partition plate is provided within a rotation track of an endless conveyor to cause a return trace of the endless conveyor to turn at least along the horizontal plate of the partition plate and that an outlet of a processed cutting oil notched toward a surface of the horizontal plate of the partition plate is provided on at least one of side plates of a body. SOLUTION: The horizontal plate of the partition plate provided in the filtering tank of the filtering device is equipped with an opening into which not only the cutting oil containing chips put into the filtering tank overflows but also from which the cutting oil subjected to removal of the chips in the filtering tank gushes out.
