PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the evaluation of the detection of splenotoxicity by a hematological access or a pathological access is difficult, since an index (marker) is limited. SOLUTION: Since the change in the expression of genes in a living body which is caused by the change of external environments are sensitive, the identification of a gene set for determining biological toxicity enables to quickly and accurately detect the biological toxicity before the biological toxicity is caused and before the biological toxicity is demonstrated by a pathologic examination. There are provided a method for detecting-predicting biological toxicity with a new gene set, a kit therefor, a method for treating the biological toxicity, and a method for confirming a candidate medicine for the biological toxicity.
