<p>Disclosed is a radiation measurement device which reduces waiting time between measurements, prevents damage to an amplifier, and is capable of taking measurements with stable performance free from polarisation; and a nuclear medicine diagnosis device using the same. The radiation measurement device (11) comprises: a semiconductor radiation detector (111) which detects radiation; a capacitor (110) which applies voltage to the semiconductor radiation detector; one or more direct current power supplies (101, 102) each capable of accumulating a positive charge or a negative charge on one of the electrodes of the capacitor; a constant-current device (189) which conducts electric current from the direct current power supplies to the terminals of the capacitor; and two or more switching devices (105, 106) connected to the wiring connecting the direct current power supplies and the terminals of the capacitor. Further disclosed are nuclear medicine diagnosis devices (600, 700) equipped with the radiation measurement device (11).</p> |
