The stem has an inner part (6) assembled in a movement (4) to cooperate with a sliding pinion. A female coupling element i.e. clamp (7), is provided at an end of the inner part directed towards periphery of the movement. An outer part (8) has an end carrying a crown (9), and another end carrying a male coupling element (10) i.e. catch pin, cooperating with the female element. The outer part has a screw thread (11) cooperating with a female thread (12) integrated to a middle (1b) of a watch case coaxial to an axis at the inner part. The case is formed of a lower part (1) and a bezel (2).
