<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of printing a confidential document without having a storage medium or a reading unit therefor. <P>SOLUTION: Whenever a print job occurs, a PC2 properly decides an image forming apparatus 3 (second image forming apparatus 3b) for performing image forming operation based on image information, and makes an image forming apparatus for outputting a printed matter unfixed, prints apparatus information of the second image forming apparatus 3b and a password on a form with an image forming apparatus (first image forming apparatus 3a) different from the second image forming apparatus 3b, which is previously associated with the PC2. Then, the PC2 notifies a user which password is to be used to obtain a desired printed matter with which image forming apparatus, and if a print instruction is input by the user having received authentication, image forming operation based on the image information is performed in the second image forming apparatus 3b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
