<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device for improving display quality, a method of manufacturing the same, and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The electrooptical device includes a first substrate and a second substrate made of quartz substrates and bonded to each other, and dust-proof substrates 44, 45 bonded to at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate.
