PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof actuator having a superior balance of drive force, while preventing an increase in the scale. SOLUTION: The vibration-proof actuator (10) moving a lens (16) for preventing an image blur includes: a fixed part (12); a movable part (14) to which the lens for preventing the image blur is attached; a movable part support means (18) supporting the movable part; first, second and third drive means including driving magnets (22a, 22b, and 22c) and driving coils (20a, 20b, and 20c) arranged to face them respectively and generating drive force in the almost radial direction of a circle around an optical axis A; position detection means (24a, 24b and 24c) detecting displacement of the movable part with respect to the fixed part; and a control part (36) controlling a current flowing to the driving coils of the respective drive means according to the displacement detected by the position detection means, to move the movable part to a predetermined position.
