PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite cable which is easily separated and can prevent a sheath from being broken when separating, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: Out of sheathes 7 and 10 adjacent to each other, the sheathing temperature of one sheath 10 is set to be lower than that of the other sheath 7. A side of the one sheath 10 is a low-temperature body, and works as a cooled body. Meanwhile, a side of the other sheath 7 is a high-temperature body, and works as a fusion-bonded body. A heat-fusion-bonded part 4 is formed by bringing the low-temperature body (the cooled body) into contact with the high-temperature body (the fusion-bonded body), and a fusion-bonded state is instantaneously formed by the two sheaths different in temperature.
